COURSE SUITABLE FOR: The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course aims to update and refresh key elements of the course and additional developments in health and safety in the workplace. This refresher course is suitable for anyone who has previously received an IOSH Managing Safely certificate and has an IOSH certificate number.

COST:  €200pp + €50 pp course handout and certification.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The Learner will be able to:

• Describe the key reasons to manage safety and health in the workplace
• Recall safety and health key terms and their definitions
• Describe the benefits and key parts of an effective safety and health management system
• Identify how the law can affect safety and health in the workplace
• Describe how to assess, reduce and control risk in the workplace
• Describe the principles that underpin good safety and health performance.

ASSESSMENT

• A 20 question, multiple format assessment paper
• When you pass, you’ll be awarded an IOSH Managing Safely Refresher certificate
