Manual Handling

Informant and relevant course with a mix of theoretical and practical.

I found Esther to be very informative and a nice personality. 10 out of 10, Thanks.

Course today was a positive learning experience and good to attend.  Thanks, Seamus

Course was excellent and straight to the point.

Great course.  Content was explained extremely well and delivered in a relatable professional manner.

Esther is a body of knowledge.   Course well presented and informative.   Would definitely recommend.

I found the Instructor, Seamus, to be very clear, knowledgeable and friendly.   Would highly recommend this Instructor for ongoing courses.

Since I did the last H&S course there was more information to learn, which was good, as it meant that it was not repetitive and made it interesting.

The course was very informative and also delivered very well.  There is generally no education on the anatomy of the spine and back muscles etc., in other trainings so I found this course beneficial.  Thank you.

Great course, had a bit of fun doing it which is what made it more enjoyable than other courses. Very informative and no misunderstanding in any part of the course
